Katrice Quitter is an Education Consultant at Hamilton County ESC in Cincinnati, Ohio (HCESC). At Hamilton County ESC, Katrice supports local school districts and classrooms K-12 in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. With experiences supporting students and adults at various levels and places in education, there is one factor that has been consistent KIDS! In a profession that is constantly changing and evolving, she believes that we should always keep a laser-focus on the one factor that is constant in education by asking ourselves one essential question, “What’s best for kids?” Putting kids first will ensure that everything that we do is student-focused and purposeful to help ALL students learn and grow.
